No. As long as I have access to the yard, you don't need to be there. I'll text before-and-after photos when the job is done so you know exactly what was done.
I'll tell you before I come — not on the day of the service. If your yard has a strong smell that doesn't improve after rain, extraction is usually the right call. I'll recommend it in my initial reply if it's warranted.
The products I use are pet-safe once dry — typically 30–45 minutes after the service. I'll let you know the specific wait time when I'm done.
I send an invoice by text after the job is done. You can pay by card, Venmo, or cash — whichever is easiest for you.
