The Story

Why I started Turf Therapy

Artificial turf is everywhere in Southern Utah. It makes sense — no water, no mowing, green year-round. But over time, pet waste, dust, and organic debris work their way deep into the infill layer. And once odor gets in there, it doesn't leave on its own.

I'd see yards that looked fine from a distance but smelled bad the moment you walked outside. Homeowners had tried hosing it down, even pouring bleach on it. Nothing worked long-term, because the problem was under the surface.

The right answer is enzyme treatment that breaks down the odor-causing bacteria at the source, combined with power brushing to revive the fibers, and pet-safe sanitizer to keep things fresh. That's the service I offer — done right, every time, by me personally.

Every product I use is safe for pets and kids. I'll never pressure-wash your turf with harsh chemicals or leave behind residue that could hurt your dog. I treat your yard like it's mine.

Before & after photos

Every visit, I document the before and the after. You'll get a text with photos so you can see exactly what was done. I'd rather have the proof than ask you to trust me blindly.

I respect your time. If something comes up and I'm running late, I'll text you before your window starts — not when I'm already supposed to be there.

Monthly and quarterly plans can be cancelled any time. No penalty, no runaround. The only thing keeping you coming back should be that I do good work.

The Process

What happens on the day

You book online or by text

Send a photo of your yard and tell me roughly how big it is. I'll reply with your exact price and available dates — usually within an hour during business hours.

I confirm the day before

You'll get a text the evening before with your arrival window. If anything changes on my end, you'll know early — not the morning of.

I do the clean

I arrive, take before photos, then do the full service: debris removal, power brushing, enzyme odor treatment, pet-safe sanitizer, and deodorizer. Most yards take 45–90 minutes.

You get before & after photos

Once I'm done, I text you photos so you can see the difference — even if you weren't home. If anything was unusual I'll include a note.

Payment after the job

I send a simple invoice by text after the job is done. Pay by card, Venmo, or cash — whatever works for you.
